Resumen (ES)

The treatment o f  Perthes disease and  its pathogenic origins are controversial . The authors have analized the results obtained based on their casuistr y of 43 Hips, and emphasize the importance  for the prognosis of age, sex , the  degree of Catheral, and the subluxation o f the femoral head .The authors propose as treatment the recentering using subtrochanteric derotational osteotomy, sometimes Varus-Producing, for better load distribution , whichthey considera astimulation for the fases of reosification and remodeling of the head during the course of the disease.
