Resumen (ES)

The authors present four cases of patients with a diagnosis of acromioclavicular pseudodislocation treated in their hospital . They describe the treatments carried out and discuss the suitability of surgery in cases of major displacement in patients younger than 15 years of age, so as to avoid the occurrence of a "Y" clavicle . They support the same suggestion in the case of older patients when they show a similar pathological anatomy and surgery is expected to achieve a good and stable reduction , althougt their periostium keeps aneoforming capability anymore .
