Resumen (ES)

The authors have colected four patients diagnosed of  Soft tissue Sarcomas.The histological diagnosis was, malignant fibrous histiocytoma , extraskeletal osteosarcoma , synovial sarcoma and  no - differentiated sarcoma. All of them thetumor was a casual finding during the exploration suspecting other pathology . They emphasize at the early diagnosis  and correct management of this type of sarcomas, as wel l as the needle biopsy ( closed biopsy ) of soft tumors with progresive growt h, even without linical symptoms.
