This injury occurs in a vulnerable period that happen inadolescence when the physis is undergoing phisiologic changes that weakeni t s resistence to tensil loading. We present two new cases treated by twodifferent procedures (Kirschner wires and screws) and we made a completeliterature review.We emphasize the finding of asintomatic calcification into patellar tendonthat have not been previously described.
