Recent advances in computer technology have expanded newfields in medical profession through the better handling of in data base systems.Gathering of data, independtly of the individual, has made possible the retrievalof information in an orderly fashion. The AAOS and SECOT have recentlypublished a guide for classification of diagnosis and treatment for orthopaedicsand traumatology.We intend to establish wich will be the ideal Data Base system for dailyusage in orthopaedis from our personal experience.
