Relación entre posición del cotilo no cementado y hallazgos radiológicos en las prótesis totales de cadera.

In this work the authors review 229 cementless acetabular components in order to verify if cup`s position, evaluated by the anteversion and inclination angles, modifies the radiological images in the acetabular zone in the controlradiographics .The study demonstrates astatistically significant relation between the inclination and anteversion angles and the presence or not of such a radiological signs.Moreover, after analyzing results, they consider that the ideal anteversion angle ought to be 10°. They cannot determine an ideal value for the inclination angle.
