An infrequent case of tuberculous isolated tibial osteomyelitis, withoutany evidence of tuberculous focus in either bone or extrabone locations is presented.With this motive the bibliography is reviewed and the diagnostic value of the biopsy isenhanced as well as the importance of associating the curettage to he specific treatmentand the good prediction in the long run of these lesions.
