A case of angioleiomyoma on the medial aspect of the left wrist in thedorsal sensitive branch of the ulnar nerve, and a review of the literature are presented.This tumor should be considered in the differential diagnosis of patients who havea painful subcutaneous nodule at the extremities. There is no report in the literatureon this type of tumor affecting a peripheral nerve.
