Congenital deformities of the spine are one of the most interesting and controversialproblems of the orthopaedic surgery. The authors bring up to date current conceptsin these deformities as well as their classification. They carried out a review and analysis ofmanagement in every one of the differents types of congenital deformities of the spine.
