Two cases of soft tissue tumoration with fast
growth and spontaneus apparition in suckling infants are reported.
Develop invasive methods to achieve the easeful final
diagnosis of evolutive haematoma was necessary because of
differential diagnosis with soft tissue sarcoma. There is a discusion
on the use of MR in the study of this kind of lesion.
