Resumen (ES)

A case of intramuscular hemangioma of capillary pattern is presented. It waslocated into the fourth interosseous muscle of the left foot in a 47-year-old woman. The treatmentconsisted in the complete excision of the tumour with safely margins including healthymuscle around it. The evolution was satisfactory with neither functional consequences nor recurrencestwo years after the surgical treatment.
