Resumen (ES)
A case of bipolar fracture affecting both ends of the clavicle is reported. Thelesion consisted of a Neer type II fracture at the distal segment and a fracture close to the proximaljoint with the sternum. Surgical treatment was carried out by open reduction and Kirschnerwire fixation stabilizing both sides. At follow up, clinical and cosmetic results aresatisfactories.
