Twent-seven cases of charcot's joints artropathy (Tabetic Arthropaty) are collected at the Orthopaedic University Department of the Medical School of Valencia (Spain) along the last twenty-five years. Its clinical and radiographic aspects are commented. The treatment is discussed.
