Resumen (ES)
A case of familiar congenital dislocation of the
radial head is presented. It used to be an asymptomatic entity,
and may lead to misdiagnosis when it is observed after a traumatism.
Familiar history and contralateral radiographs are
useful in the differentiation from a traumatic dislocation. The
standard treatment for asymptomatic congenital radial head
dislocations is observation.
