Two cases of acrometastases in the distal phalanges
of the foot and the hand are presented. Both cases were
diagnosed previously of malignant lesions (epidermoid carcinoma
of lung in the first case and follicular carcinoma of thyroid
in the second one). Treatment consisted in amputation of
the affected great toe and ring finger in both patients.
