Resumen (ES)
The MIS has penetrated in the TKAfield same in other
areas of our speciality. The aim searchs the faster functional
patient recovery, practising a lower aggressive treatment
of the soft tissue around the knee. But, this objective is
really obtained today? The author compare results between
classic and MIS TKAs through the challenge of the latter one,
insisting on the difficulty to give the adequate bone cuts and
the correct position to the components across a mobile window
and a symbiotic dance. Another option is the application
of navigators, but at the present time this option does not
permit accuracy. Medium and long-term results are lacking
and, therefore, is not good to warm up surgeons by companies
and more advanced colleagues with this emerging technique
without a solid security.
