The orthopaedic surgery have today a position of
change, not only at technical, professional, informative change,
but also educational and training level. The education of
future doctors and specialists is not satisfactory because of
the presence of black points that must be eliminated or change
through best educational situation at the medicine school
and hospitals. The resident at present time remains a lot of
hours working at the hospital, without best rest and formation;
this situation must be reduced, for best education and training.
The competences are offered like are introduced in
America (USA, Canada), intending improvement, as well the
continuous medical education up to have recertification. Finally,
the author deplore the lack of investigation among residents;
also, the characteristic of leadership are analysed, always
under the foundation of better attention to the patient
and pay attention to the problems of our society.
